http://www.esl-lab.com/  (Pretty good.  Lots of content with quizzes and vocab practice.  Voice is a little forced at times.)

http://www.manythings.org/ (just lots of ESL stuff, including listening)
http://www.manythings.org/pp/  (mostly about pronunciation)

http://www.world-english.org/listening.htm  ( a large list of sites that provide radio broadcasts.  Some include activities and learning materials, but not all).
